Anti-social behaviour case review

You have the right to ask your council to review your case if you have made:

• three separate complaints about an instance of anti-social behaviour in the previous six months to the police or other partner agencies

Or

• three separate individuals have reported three similar anti-social behaviour complaints in the previous six months to the police or other partner agencies.

Once activated, this case review (or community trigger) will bring together your local police, council and other relevant agencies that have previously dealt with your complaint in order to review your case.
