When Accuro have completed works in your neighbourhood, eg grass cutting or window cleaning, we will send out a survey so you can give us feedback.
The survey will be sent out via CX Feedback as either a text or email, depending on your preference. If your contact details are out of date on our system, you can update them using your online account.

Make sure to send us pictures alongside your feedback – positive or negative – so you can show us clearly what needs improving!
