Children causing noise

We would not usually consider this to be anti-social behaviour.

If you have any concerns about the welfare of a child, you should report this to either the police, social services safeguarding team or the NSPCC.

We suggest that you speak to your neighbour first to explain the issue, as they may not realise that it is causing you a problem. To help you with this, we have produced a “Dear Neighbour” postcard – simply download it, print it out and post it through their door to let them know your concerns.
