We've retained the top ratings for governance and viability

The government's Regulator of Social Housing has confirmed that we have retained our V1 rating for financial viability and our G1 rating for governance.

Published on 14 December 2022 following an annual stability check, the regulatory judgement is the regulator’s official view of us as a housing provider. 

V1 and G1 are the highest ratings that housing associations can achieve, and they show that we are considered to be well-governed and financially resilient. 

Despite the economic challenges currently facing housing providers across the country, the judgement demonstrates the regulator's view that we have the financial capacity to deal with a wide range of adverse scenarios and are well placed to keep delivering for our customers and our communities.
