Following our annual stability check in January 2025, we are pleased to announce that the government’s Regulator of Social Housing has reconfirmed our governance grading of G1 and our financial viability grading of V1.
This judgement demonstrates that we are well-governed, compliant with relevant legislation and have the financial capacity to deal with a wide range of adverse scenarios.
Combining this with the C1 rating we received in July 2024 under the new consumer standards, we are very proud to have been awarded the three highest ratings available. We believe that this reflects our commitment to providing great services and putting residents at the heart of our work.
