Our current contractors for cleaning and grounds maintenance, Accuro, will be coming to the end of their contract with us in 2024. We’d love to hear what you think about the services they provide – and how we can make sure the service continues to improve in the future and remain cost-effective for our customers.
In April we will be hosting a couple events to ensure we gather as many of your views on our estate services as possible.
- Tenant Question Time (TQT) – our TQTs are a great chance for you to ask any questions you have to our staff about our grounds maintenance and cleaning service. This will be held on Tuesday 18 April from 6.30-8pm via Zoom and in person at our Gateway House office. To submit questions in advance, and to book your place, please email community@wcht.org.uk. Please also feel free to contact us if you need any support travelling to Gateway House. Refreshments will be provided.
- Estates tour – on Wednesday 26 April from 9.30am-12.30pm, we will take a minibus trip form Gateway House to have a look at some of our blocks (areas will be dependent on feedback from the TQT) and you can let us know what you think about the area. Email community@wcht.org.uk to book your place on the tour.
- Online survey – we will also be launching an online survey for you to have your say – details about this will be posted shortly...
The feedback we gather will help to review the service we provide to you, and ensure we make real improvements to our cleaning and grounds maintenance service.
