On 25 September 2023, we will be holding our Annual General Meeting (AGM) where members of Watford Community Housing vote on specific topics such as our financial statements and appointing new members to our Gateway Membership Team. Ahead of our AGM we would like to give everyone the chance to ask us questions about our services. For example, this could be about your service charges, repairs, damp and mould, anti-social behaviour, etc. Our AGM is for more formal matters – this Tenant Question Time (TQT) is your opportunity to talk about the services that we provide.
At the TQT will also give you an update on the new consumer regulations and how they will affect you. Click here for more information on the new consumer standards and to let us know what you think about them.

When is it?
The TQT will take place on Monday 18 September from 6.30pm-8pm both in person at our Gateway House office on Clarendon Road and via Zoom.
