On 16 September 2024, we will be holding our annual general meeting (AGM) where members of Watford Community Housing vote on specific topics such as our financial statements and appointing new members to our Gateway Membership Team. If you would like to become a member and join our AGM, visit our website here.

Ahead of our AGM, we will be holding a dedicated Question Time event on Monday 9 September to give you the chance to ask us questions about our services. For example, you may have questions about your service charges, repairs, damp and mould, or anti-social behaviour. Our AGM is for more formal matters, so this Question Time is your opportunity to talk about the services that we provide.

At the event, we will also give you an update on how we have performed during the year – including the results of our Tenant Satisfaction Measures and what our plans are to improve. Click here for more information on the Tenant Satisfaction Measures and to let us know what you think about them.

Members of our Leadership team from Housing, Customer Services and Repairs will be on hand to answer any questions you have. Please send us these questions in advance to community@wcht.org.uk

Please be aware that questions asked at our Question Time events need to be about general services and timescales, so we will not be able to discuss individual cases. Please contact our Customer Relations team about individual issues or complaints by emailing CustomerRelationsTeam@wcht.org.uk

If you would like to attend, please let us know by emailing community@wcht.org.uk or calling 0800 217 2247. Refreshments will be provided!

When is it?

It will take place on Monday 9 September 2024 from 6.30pm-8pm, and you can attend either in person at our Gateway House office on Clarendon Road or online, via Zoom. If you would like to join online, please request the link when you email us to confirm your attendance.

If you need any help with transport or childcare costs, please let our Community team know by using the email above.

Hearing loops can be available to use at the meeting, as well as interpreters and translators – if you require the use of these, or have any other accessibility needs, please contact our Community team and they will try their best to accommodate you.
