Moving to a more suitable home – what are the barriers?

Is your property too big and no longer suited to your needs or are your living costs causing a strain? We can help you find a home that is right for you!

Now is your time to ask us any questions you have about this process. 

We will be holding a Tenant Question Time (TQT) on Wednesday 26 July 2023 at Gateway House and on Zoom from 6.30-8pm. Join a group of our staff and other tenants to learn all about the process of finding you a more suitable-sized home. We will discuss eligibility, how our staff will support you, and cash incentives. 

This will then be followed by a Scrutiny Sprint on Wednesday 2 August 2023 from 10am-2pm in Gateway House. This is a deeper dive into the topic where you can give us your opinions and suggest how we can improve our service to you.
