Four Million homes – who are funded by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities – provide free high-quality training for social housing residents.
Their goal is to inform and raise awareness of social housing residents' rights and how you can help protect them.
They're offering free training courses and webinars to as many social housing residents as possible. These free resources cover how you can help protect and promote your rights, help you to be informed about how landlords and housing associations make decisions and how you can engage with your landlord or housing association.

The webinars they offer cover one topic a month and allow you to talk directly to their experts and ask them questions – you can even join the sessions on your phone!
January's webinar covers energy efficiency and net zero; it explores what landlords should be doing to help improve energy efficiency in homes. The webinar takes place on 29 January and has two sessions available.
