Watford Community Housing residents and members of the local community have the fantastic opportunity to improve their fitness in positive, supportive and free strength and balance classes.
This initiative is made possible thanks to the collaboration between Watford Community Housing providing a large room, free of charge, in one of our fantastic hubs and Watford Borough Council providing the instructor.

These classes, through offering a mixture of seated and standing exercises, are suitable for those who haven’t exercised before or are experiencing a decline in their physical ability.
