This week there are a number of events happening that may cause disruption to our phone lines.
On Wednesday 11 December, our Customer Service Centre will be undergoing staff training, and phone lines will be unavailable from 3pm-5:30pm. All calls will be redirected to our out-of-hours service during this time, though you will still be able to report anything to us via your online account at www.wcht.org.uk or by emailing enquiries@wcht.org.uk.
We are also carrying out some essential maintenance to our phone lines from 10am on Friday 13 December.
These works may result in some disruption to our phone lines. If you are unable to get through to us by phone, you can email us at enquiries@wcht.org.uk or use your online account at www.wcht.org.uk to contact us or request repairs.
If you need to contact us urgently and you cannot reach us by our usual phone number, call 0330 403 6252. Please note that this is a temporary number for emergency use on Friday 13 December only.
