Learn about your rights as a tenant

Four Million Homes are an organisation that provide guidance and training on resident rights and how to stand up for them. 

On October 25 they are hosting a free webinar for residents on complaints. There are two sessions of the same webinar – one from 3pm-4.30pm and the next from 7.30pm-9pm. Both sessions will cover the same topics so residents only need to attend the one at a time that suits them best. 

This webinar will help you learn about your rights as a tenant in relation to the complaints process. It will cover government policies surrounding social housing complaints, the stages of the complaint process and how residents can make effective complaints.

The event will also feature speakers from the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities as they talk about the 'Make Things Right' campaign.
