Coming soon... the Big Door Knock 2024!

It's that time of year again – The Big Door Knock 2024 is right around the corner!

Since 2021, we've held an annual event called The Big Door Knock, where we get out into our communities and visit all of our residents on their doorsteps.

This year the event is taking place on Thursday 20 June. Throughout the day Watford Community Housing staff will be knocking on doors and talking to our residents about any concerns they have and to find out what they feel we should be prioritising this year. It's important for our customers to know we're here for them, and we'll also be pointing people towards external resources that can help them, if needed. Last year's feedback led to some meaningful changes for our residents, such as the improvements to Thistley House car park.

We'll also be handing out our latest issue of our Voice magazine! Packed to the brim with useful information and news about Watford Community Housing and our communities, Voice is a great way for our residents to stay informed about our services and any upcoming events or changes that may affect them.
