An amazing transformation at The Garth

The Garth has had a glow-up! Where there were once 12 run-down garages, there are now 4 beautiful two-bedroom maisonettes for affordable rent.

Completed earlier this year, these homes come complete with modern fittings, off-street parking and private front and rear gardens. Working in partnership with Three Rivers District Council, in just a year we transformed these disused garages into a set of future-proofed family homes that are built to last.

This project was completed as part of our ongoing commitment to partnership working that benefits communities across Hertfordshire and we look forward to our next venture in Three Rivers.
